Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

*Because custom and personalized Leveraxe products are made just for you, they are not returnable.
*Because Outlet products are not identified, (the defects are different in each outlet product), they are not returnable.

We do not process exchanges at this moment; however, you may order a replacement item at any time by placing a new order. You may return your order for a refund.


Leveraxe Web Store customers have the right to return any product within 14 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service at to receive return information. This return policy does not extend to outlet products and products which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes.

The customer has the right to return an item if:

  • The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying us within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit.
  • The customer is responsible for any return costs unless otherwise agreed to with our customer service.

The item must be returned immediately after cancellation. If you return an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible delivery damage. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

After we receive the merchandise and verify its re-sellable condition we will process your return and we will refund the money. This will take 1-3 business days after we have received the item. If there is a delay we will contact you. We try to return the money with the same payment method that was used to pay for the order, if it’s not possible we make a wire transfer. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete.

Product quality claim

If you believe you have a defective Leveraxe product that was purchased from Leveraxe Web Store, please contact us by email If the product was purchased less than 12 (twelve) months ago, please contact retailer from where the purchase was made. Please attach clear pictures of the item to your email. Vipukirves Heikki Oy reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim.

Problem situations with deliveries

In the event an item is damaged during shipment the receiver needs to make a claim to the driver or contact the carrier with tracking code. If the parcel has been damaged in post office, customer has to make the claim immediately to the post office. If the product has been lost during the transportation or customer has got a wrong product, the customer should inform about the mistake immediately to the email address: The information of the incorrect delivery or broken/wrong product has to be done during 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product.
