General information about webstore
Products in webstore are sold by Vipukirves Heikki Oy, business ID FI19734637.
We sell products to adult private people in Finland, EU-countries, non-EU-countiries in Europe and countries outside Europe. Product prices include Finnish VAT 24% (outside EU-countries and to companies with valid VAT-number we sell without VAT). We keep for ourselves the right to change the prices for products and deliveries.
Products are ordered mainly from internet in address http://vipukirves.vilkasstore.com/ and through the shopping basket. All orders are confirmed by email, in which is informed the price, delivery costs and products which are ordered. To get the confirmation we have to get your email address when you are making the order. Client agrees in all orders to engage the valid delivery terms.

Products and delivery prices are paid after you have have made the order. In our webstore you can pay with the following payment methods: Finnish banks Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danskebank (Sampo), LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and the credit cards. The payments are made through Paytrail Oyj, Nets Oy or PayPal. Also prepayment through banks and Finnish national post is possible.

NETS Finland Oy (FI09809906) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
PayPal, Inc in a USA company established in 1998. PayPal is transferring payments between client and the seller through PayPal payment system. User registrates a PayPal-account and will get own PayPal identification code. The system has been created to replace traditional payment methods (for example creadit cards) and to secure client´s payments because the clients do not have to give their credit card informations to the seller when paying.

Orders will be handled during Finnish office hours and we keep unpaid order as a reservation 5 working days. If the payment has not come during that time, the order will be cancelled.
Prepayment to Finnish National Post (delivery only inside Finland)
We are also delivering orders by prepayment to Finnish National Post. In this case the payment will be made when fetching the order from the chosen post office. Extra cost will be 4,40€/shipment.
We deliver products during all working days (Monday-Friday). Normally handling and packing time is about 2-5 working days. Delivery time vary from few days to few weeks depending on the destination country and the delivery mode. Exceptional delivery times will be informed on of Vipukirves Heikki Oy´s the home page News-section or by email.
Delivery terms and costs
Delivery costs include postal- and packing costs (CPT). You can see the final delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery term from the shopping basket. Delivery costs does not include customs duties and taxes which vary widely from country to country. We deliver the orders as parcels which can be followed with the tracking code. The parcel will be delivered to the door by UPS and DPD. Delivery by Finnish Post will be delivered usually to nearest post office. Posti's partner couries and/or carriers may vary in different countires.
Not picked up parcels
Priority shipment by Finnish Post Office ”Posti” will be delivered directly to the consignee or will be delivered to nearest post office where it should be fetched against signiture. If the consignee will not be reached or the it’ll not be fetched withing 2 weeks it will be returned back to the sender (Vipukirves Finland).
From not picked up and unclaimed parcel we will charge 25 €, which covers the costs of the deliveries. Not picked up products can not be returned wihtout charges.
Terms of changes and returns
Client has the right according Finland´s consumer law to change or return the product during 14 days . The right for the return concerns only unused and salable products in their original packages.

We are not taking back return over 14 days from the delivery. When the return has been accepted, the money will be returned directly to your bank account after receiving and handling the product.
Problem situations with deliveries and broken products
In case the product has been damaged during the transportation, the receiver needs to make a claim to the driver or transport company. If the product has been lost during the transportation or customer has got a wrong product, the customer should inform about the mistake immediately to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org / or by postal mail address:

The information of the incorrect delivery or broken/wrong product has to be done during 14 days receiving the product. If the parcel has been damaged in post office, customer has to make the claim immediately to the post office.
We keep for ourselves the right to change our delivery and payment terms and prices. The customer has to check the valid terms before making the order.
Vipukirves Heikki Oy is handling all the client information totally confidentially. Vipukirves Heikki Oy shall not disclose any information to third parties.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices' Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
